The price of apples at wholesale and retail trade in February has increased over the same period than last year. At wholesale markets the variety Ajdared was sold for 20 denars compared to last year when the price was 19.5 denars, an increase of 2.6%.Golden Delicious are also sold for 20 denars, unlike last year when the price was 18 denars per kilogram an increase of 11.1%. Percentage price increase from 36.3% has Red Delicious which in February was sold at 23.2 denars per kilogram compared to last year when the price was 17 denars. At retail markets, increasing by 17.6% is recorded for variety Ajdared, which price in the markets of retail is 26.35 denars, while last year was sold for 22.4 denars.

In the region of Serbia the average wholesale price per kilogram of Ajdared is 22 denars, Golden Delicious 35.9 denars, while the price of Red Delicious is 36 denars.

At wholesale markets in Croatia in February the average price per kilogram of Ajdared is 37.7 denars, for Golden Delicious 44.1 denars and Red Delicious are sold for 55.5 denars per kilogram.
